I am looking for any examples or thoughts that you might have on what relationships you track between two organizations. What titles do you use? What information is important? What thoughts do you have on the subject? I can be reached at nathan.renihan@blackbaud.com any time, and if you drop me a line I will greatly appreciate it as I move forward with my designs.

We are hard at work on designs for RE8.  We are currently working on the application shell and navigation for RE8.  We need some of your feedback in order to get this thing right. Anyone interested in providing feedback should contact me at nick.quagliara@blackbaud.com

This is what I need.

1) Your willingness to participate

2) An ideal time for us to talk about the designs over the phone (as well as a good number to reach you at)

3) About 15 - 30 mins of your time

I will send interested individuals high res images of the designs to look over before we discuss over the phone. 

Here are two thumbsnails sneak peeks of the designs. 

• What would simplify your data entry? 
  
• What fields do you include when adding constituents from a Batch? 
  
• When entering new records what do you use most frequently?  Records, Batch, Import
• Explain why you use one over the other (does it depend on the number of records, is it an organization policy, is the data coming from an acquisition or new alumni).
• When adding a new constituent, what percentage of the time do you have spouse/partner information?  (80% of the time I know that they are at least married, I use the the marital status to track this instead of adding the spouse information)

First I would like to introduce myself. My name is Nick Quagliara. I am a new Interaction Designer with Blackbaud.

We are currently looking at Query for RE8. We want to understand the who, what, where, when, why, and how of querying. In order to understand this we need your help. We have the following questions that we would love to have answers to.

1. What is your position?­

2. For what purposes do you typically run queries?

3. How do you organize your queries?

4. How many different queries does your organization use?

5. What are the most common queries you are running?

6. What are the most common queries you are currently running for your Director of Development?

7. How often are you asked to run these queries and for what end goal? (Specific to queries run for your Director of Development)

8. What other individuals (by position) are you asked to run queries for and for what end goal?

9. What other individuals (by position) run queries?
