Incorporating usability methods into the design process is a crucial step in delivering products that empower and delight our customers. Blackbaud’s approach to Usability is based on the following User Centered Design principles:

• Establish a clear understanding of user and task requirements

• Incorporate user input early and often in the design process

• Actively involve users in the evaluation of designs

Most testing is performed using remote software such as Live Meeting.  The sessions normally require 1 hour of your time.  You will be asked to perform tasks within the software using think-aloud methodologies.
